At CUBZ, we care about your satisfaction and offer a simple and quick return and exchange process.

◼︎ RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD
▪︎ You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

◼︎ ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange :

▪︎ The item must be unused,in its original packaging, and with tags attached.
▪︎ The item must be in the same condition as received.
▪︎ Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchange.

◼︎ RETURN PROCESS
▪︎ Once your request is submitted, our courier company will arrange to pick up the item from you.
▪︎ The customer is responsible for the shipping cost in case of a return or exchange.

◼︎ REFUND METHOD
▪︎ Once we received and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
▪︎Refunds are issued via money transfer (e.g., Vodafone Cash or InstaPay) for the item value minus the shipping cost.
