1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across Egypt, including the following areas:

  • Greater Cairo (Cairo – Giza – Qalyubia)
  • Alexandria
  • Delta Region (Dakahlia, Kafr Elsheikh, Sharqia, Behira, Monufia)
  • Canal Region (Suez, Ismailiya)

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 - 4 days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time & Rates

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Our estimated time frames are:


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in all covered areas.
  • Please ensure that the phone number provided is reachable to confirm your order.
  • Failure to answer confirmation calls or messages may result in cancellation.


5. Missed Delivery

If the courier attempts to deliver your order and you're unavailable:

  • A second delivery attempt will be scheduled.
  • After repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned and cancelled.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Send photos of the product + package to help us resolve the issue quickly.


8. Wrong Address or Phone Number

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Wrong phone number
  • Unanswered calls
    If delivery is returned due to incorrect information, a re shipping fee may apply.
